Eurasia Officer
Part-time, 4 days per week / September start date
Salary: £22k/annum (pro-rata)

The Eurasia Officer sits within the Journalist Assistance team of the Rory Peck Trust. The key priority of the role is to research and verify cases and distribute assistance grants to beneficiaries in the Eurasia region, in line with the Trust’s criteria, protocols and guidelines and to maintain the Trust’s relationship with partners in the region. Fluency in Russian is required for this role. 

Applicants must be based in the UK as quarterly team meetings are held in London. Please note that this position is open only to candidates with an existing right to work in the UK.

Trustee vacancy.

Finance Trustee
Time commitment: 4 Board meetings per year

The Finance Trustee will oversee the financial matters of the charity in line with good practice and in accordance with the governing document and legal requirements, and report to the Board of Trustees at regular intervals about the financial health of the organisation. They will ensure that effective financial measures, controls and procedures are put in place, and are appropriate for the charity.
