Since 1995, the Rory Peck Trust has been providing support to freelance journalists and their families around the world. This includes freelancers who have been seriously injured, threatened, imprisoned, detained, forced into exile or killed as a result of their work.
Our assistance grants are meant to help professional freelance journalists (and/or their families) who are facing a crisis directly related to their work.
Our assistance grants programme is closed and we are currently not accepting new applications. We are working hard to reopen the fund as soon as possible – please check back in a couple of days.
