Correspondent Mark Phillips zip lines above London to celebrate £10k milestone.

On Saturday 8 August CBS News London will be tackling London's Hyde Park triathalon to honour colleagues Paul Douglas and James Brolan who were killed in Iraq in 2006. Nine years after their death, nine teams will swim 750m, cycle 20km and run 5k with the aim of raising £20,000 for the Trust’s work supporting freelancers around the world.

The London news bureau has already raised more than half their target.  And on July 3rd, to celebrate this milestone, CBS News correspondent Mark Phillips zip lined above London clutching the flag of the Montreal Canadiens hockey team. His stunt made the news, and boosted fundraising to an impressive £11k.

Since then, the team has raised over £12,000, but there is still a way to go. Please show your support - visit the teams' JustGiving page, and give as much as you can. And keep an eye out on our Twitter and Facebook feeds for further updates on training and news about the big day.
