Sony Professional webinar: Shooting Documentaries in Hostile Environments

Joined by Rory Peck Award winner Olly Lambert, Sony Professional are hosting a free, live webinar on the challenges filmmakers face whilst working in conflict zones.

The webinar will be hosted on Wednesday 19th March, at 2pm. It will focus on how cameramen and women can deal with the unpredictability of shooting in conflict zones, how to get the best shots under pressure and the current range of Sony products aimed at filmmakers working in hostile environments.

About Olly Lambert

Olly Lambert is a freelance filmmaker and producer who has produced over 25 documentaries for broadcasters, including the BBC, Channel 4 and Sky1. He specialises in intimate films about ordinary people caught in extraordinary situations, often in areas of conflict. In 2013 his film "Syria: Across the Lines", which focuses on two opposing communities in Syria's civil war, won the Rory Peck Award for Features.
